Graduating in cosmetology from Aveda Institute Minneapolis, I have to say I have a true passion for makeup and helping people bring out their best physical features. While in school I learned that educating my clients with product knowledge, while teaching them application techniques, made them feel comfortable and confident in themselves and the product.

During the skin and makeup classes at Aveda I completed 159 facials/makeup applications while they only required 60.

I completed 35hrs. Of theory and 165hrs. Of hands on experience in the following classes:
Skin Care: Makeup:
-histology -color theory
-disorders -contoured and natural makeup application
-facials -subtle and dramatic application
-cleansing -eye lash/brow tinting
-moisturizing
-waxing

I have done applications on all ages for everyday wear to proms, wedding parties, and fashion shows.

Worked event “Wine, Women and Baseball” sponsored by Herbergers - August 2008 - on the team of makeup artists for Estee Lauder, performing numerous makeovers.

Completed Estee Lauder training in 2008 on skincare, makeup, demonstrating and applications, customer service, meeting sales goals, clientele, building and closing the sale, I continued to work for Estee Lauder for 8 months.
