MY INSPIRATION

My biggest inspiration has to be my Christian faith. Above all else, I believe that God has blessed me with the talents that I have. He has placed me in a position where I can persue my goals as an artist and photographer in a way that will glorify Him.

Through the wonders of the internet (and the blessings of God), I've found a friendship in a man who has been an incredible motivation to me over the time that I've known him. His name is Sonny Strait, and he's voice actor, artist, and musician. His awesome personality, constant support and encouragement, and amazing artistic ability, has made an incredible impact on my life. I love you, Sensei.

ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY

I was able to live in Japan for three years as part of time time in the United States Navy. Much of my personal style has been drawn from the beautiful scenery and traditional art of Japan, as well as Japanese animation and comic books (Manga).

One of my biggest passions in what I do is seeing the smiling faces of a bride and groom on the day of their wedding. Another style of photography I have recently gotten into is Cosplay photography. Costumes from just about anything on TV (especially Japanese animation and Disney) can be turned into a creative photo shoot, especially with well-made costumes, an appropriate location, and the right editing.

My photography is shot using a Nikon D3000 DSLR Camera, and I edit using Photoshop CS5, GIMP, and PhotoScape.
