Hi!
A few things about me: I am 35 years old and I live in Durham, NC. Although I mostly work in the music field, I will always consider Photography to be my first love.
I've been taking photos since I was 7 years old when my father bought me my first 35mm camera -The Nikon FM2. By the age of 12, I have already built my first darkroom, where I would later develop B&W photos.
I shoot on 35mm film and Digital, and I shoot video as well.
I mostly use vintage lenses from the 60's-70's era. I have a large assortment of lens starting from 20mm to 180mm focal lengths.
I think lighting is probably the most important element for getting an interesting photo, so I tend to play a lot with different light sources and color gels, quite similar to painting.
I guess my shooting style is, in a way, cinematic. I draw great inspiration from old science fiction and mystery films.
