Hi, I'm Derek. I've been into photography seriously for about 6 years now. Growing up I was constantly drawing and creating things and I believe I'm artistic by nature. I could'nt imagine my life now without photography. I love what I do and I'm serious about my work but I strive to have fun and for my subject to have fun with every shoot. I've worked with Ann Louise Photography who is regarded as one of the best wedding/portrait photographers in Pittsburgh. Last year I started my own business called Chase Images and it's really starting to gain momentum and build a clientele. I think I have a very good eye for lighting, composition, attention to detail and my love for landscape photography set me apart from the others. I love discovering new locations for shoots. I have literally hundreds mapped on Google. I do usually charge for my photo shoots but I believe we would both be doing each other a favor and help each other really get some great photos for our portfolio so I would'nt ask for compensation and I expect the same from my models.
