Stefany Lee Rodriguez was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. A city with a big name, yet, small and exceedingly connected. A city that has given her the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individual’s, both local and global, a city she wouldn’t trade for the world.



Stefany graduated from Spring Valley High School in 2010, where she received an Honors Diploma. Shortly after, she began her studies in Healthcare at Anthem Institute in Las Vegas where she became a Certified Surgical Technologist in 2012.



Stefany, motivated to become an Orthopedic Surgeon, continued her education and attended the College of Southern Nevada; locally known as CSN, but later changed her Biology major to a Business Major, after joining a Global Organization, known as the World Wide Dream Builders.



At this time, Stefany temporarily ditched the scrubs and became inspired to work for herself, becoming an Independent Business owner at 20. Stefany worked closely with mentors, who fostered an environment of opportunity, education, and motivation, which in turn helped her understand the concepts needed to build a successful business and achieve her dreams.



After becoming a World Wide Dream Builder, Stefany has been motivated to work towards financial independence. (Now entrepreneurial ideologies have become a way of life for her.) Through World Wide Dream Builders Organization, Stefany was able to execute her leadership skills, and has now developed a long-term vision and a future-focused approach.



Stefany graduated from CSN with an Associates of Business in 2015, focusing her studies in Applied Financial Economics. Stefany was in intern for Diamond Wealth Management and Cathay Consultants where she learned about Financial Planning and Investment strategies.



Stefany Lee is what she calls the epitome of a Millennial. The first to grow up with computers, a digital native; social media and social networking are second nature to her. As a Millennial, Stefany has an optimistic mind-set, a strong sense of community, both local and global. She is engaged, and displays a willingness to be involved in environmental cleanup programs and a team player.



Millennials' are generalized for having a social liberal perspective, distinct behaviors, attitudes, and values, from previous generations as a response to technological and economical implications. Witnessing significant losses stemmed Great Recession, the most catastrophic financial phenomenon of the century.

Stefany values financial security, a diverse workplace, and considers wealth a very important attribute.



Stefany is currently studying Finance at the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, an urban research institute; where she will do research on sustainable living. Stefany is also passionate about Real Estate, Urban Economics, Business Law, Probate, Estate, and Tax planning. Stefany is currently working towards becoming a Certified Wealth Strategist. ( She is risk-averse investor, seeking one investment objective. She puts value into intellectual property and intangible assets.)



Stefany Lee is a full-time Real Estate Agent-Realtor ® in the Las Vegas Valley with The Signature Real Estate Group. She holds a vast skill set, a multidisciplinary background, her expertise revolve around wealth creation and community. Her wish is to combine knowledge and experience in these areas, to deliver the best to her family and clients. She is dedicated to developing meaningful philosophy of life. She has an eye for innovation and dreams for forming her own nonprofits.



Stefany currently volunteers her time with Hero School an American non-profit who specialize in motivating people to work towards they lives they were meant to live. For more than a decade, Hero School has inspired and motivated innumerable individuals from some of the more difficult walks of life to change their lives by changing their character.



Stefany enjoys playing golf, reading, writing and going on hikes in nice weather.

She holds strong desires to make the world a better place. (Stefany believe the best years for America are here to come.)

She is looking to collaborate with photographers for the sole purpose of doing publications, magazines, tear sheets, and calenders.
