Greetings MM. My full name is Cierra Mone' Green. Failure is not an option for me. Upon graduating from John Casablanca, I've been on several model calls and attended many fashion shows over the years. However, not through my past agent, but from practicing independence by networking and searching for go sees. Shows were successful, some models calls not so much. Through these experiences, I've discovered that it takes true commitment and a high level of self esteem to make it in this industry. You get out what you put in and a lot of models that I personally met expect for their agent to hold their hand and walk them through this industry, but WE as models are the product. WE determine how far we go in our careers. At the end of the day, no matter how much training I've had or what agency I belong to, if I do not maintain a positive attitude then my career will slowly but surly die. Discovering myself was my greatest achievement.I know exactly what I want and I know that I have what it takes to become a model/actress ( attitude, skills, etc). Now I am looking to find legit work to build my portfolio as well as link up with great connections to help me pursue in the industry. I am greatly convinced that model mayhem will gladly assist me. I am here to learn and grow from my experiences. I am not afraid to admit to my flaws and I've grown to understand that criticism helps a lot. I've been let down also experienced broken promises from agencies that I thought were legit. Through it all I can now say that those experiences have made me stronger not only as an individual but as a model. I have the mindset and the skills, now all I need is the connections.
