I started off out of High School and went to College for Web/Graphic Design. While attending school, I realized that I was having to go to a lot of stock photography websites for photographs for my layouts. I wanted to buy my own DSLR for the sole purpose of using my own photos. After taking more and pictures I realized that I had a real eye and talent for producing pictures.

I decided to join on Model Mayhem because I heard through the grapevine via Facebook that this was a good place to locate models for shoots who also wanted to gain experience like myself.

I'm more comfortable doing shoots that involve lots of natural light, as well as shooting outdoors on location. My strongest area of focus tends to be portraits. I think that there is just something about portraits that can portray a person more beautifully than they truly believe that they are. Also with the latest trend coming up I have developed a strong liking for boudoir photography and photography with "alternative models" aka women with Tattoo's.

I have done a few shoots, and one of my favorite shoots have been in-studio with a local Hip hop group called Real "Em In, and following them over the years. and My pictures have appeared on a Clothing Retailer's website http://www.xzavierusa.com/?p=1758

My goal for joining MM is to grow as a photographer and make a career out of something I love doing, as well as helping others achieve their goals!
I want to break into the fashion industry as a photographer, so basically I'm looking for any opportunity to build up my portfolio, so any kind Compensation i can get I'm ok with.
