Atlanta, Georgia based Makeup Artists and Beauty Expert, China Smith has been working in the makeup industry since 2009. Knowing at a young age she wanted to create the masterpieces she viewed from magazines such as Vogue and Harpers Bazaar. She enlisted the aide of one of the industry's top makeup artist as her/my mentor "Gwynnis Mosby" to teach her the skills to achieve success. China started her career as a Make-up Artists by becoming acquainted with her industry in taking training courses, attending workshops and practicing on family and friends. The next step in her career was to start building her portfolio working with local photographers, models and designers. China received her training and became certified through Gwynnis Mosby Academy in 2011.

Her work as an artists creates a natural glow through the connection to the skin and the final eye for detail, resembling looks on the cover of Allure, Seventeen and Teen Vogue. With expertise in HD makeup, China has worked on high profile music videos and commercials, as well as taken part in New York Fashion Week shows and Campaigns.China has made it a priority to build relationships and assist some of the best makeup artists in the industry whom have educated her in perfecting her craft; these same artists now consider her to be a valuable asset to any production because of her hard work and dedication.“I love being able to express my creativity on a human canvas”
China is currently based in Atlanta, Georgia but loves traveling with her work. She has worked hard to build her name and was crowned, "Best Makeup Artists in the Industry" in 2011, nominated for the 2012 "Steve Harvey Hoodies Awards" for her business, awarded in 2013 for the She Is An Icon Awards and featured in several magazines "Urban Tymes Magazine" "Impact Magazine" The Millionaire Movement Magazine" +Girls Magazine, Kontrol Magazine, Upscale Magazine just to name a few.
