Fitness is a lifestyle. I love to eat healthy and exercise. I'm vegan and I eat a lot of carbs, so don't believe the, "carbs make you fat," hype. One thing that annoys me is when people say, "I just wanna lose my stomach," or "I wanna get in shape for the summer." Treat your whole body well for keeps!
