About Me

"Emre Bardan has been specializing as a hair stylist for over five years now.It has been his dream and passion, to produce high quality hair styling from such a young age. Glam updos, the perfect beach-wave curl,or polished looks, Emre Bardan, one of Australia's new hair stars, can do it all!"
The truth to the story is that my work is not just a job that i wakes up too. It is a career, the greatness of forming art on a person. My hope is to create high fashion styles. Emre has had the privilege of working at a Awards night and Catwalk Show. This is where I won 8 trophies and several gifts. Among other awards in similar categories of products and more.

Every individual as a little kid has dreams, later on these dreams become goals and what individuals value the most throughout their lives, maybe it would be wrong to generalize but for me my little dreams grew into enormous goals and what I loved doing became what I valued the most. I remember every time my mother was describing me she used the following three words more than any other word ‘creative, imaginative and dedicated’. I was always a creative child, with the child imagination I had I wanted to create things that everyone would love, and giving up was never an option for me even as a little kid, I was always dedicated to whatever I was doing. I never left my sister alone I loved her long silky hair and every time we played I wanted to play hairdressing. She would always be my client and I would brush her hair for hours and hours. Later on in life hairdressing was more than a game for me it was what I loved doing, it was what I wanted to do in the future. I wanted to be inspired by hair, and live off the smiles my clients have on their face.

Hairdressing became the goal of my life, I was passionate and hardworking. I shared my thoughts and my feelings with my family, my father who always respected my opinions and values supported me to do and achieve my desire and I took my first step in high school.

Just as Diana Scharf Hunt mentions; my goals were my dreams without deadlines and in order to meet the requirements to achieve my dream I knew I had to work hard and I failure wasn't an option. I am now still at the beginning in my pathway, I know that I can’t rush into my dream and I need all the support and experience, therefore whenever I see an opportunity I go after it and I always try more than my best to get there. Some find it funny and can’t understand why I spend so much effort, for them it is just hairdressing; you learn it and you do for an income. As for me it isn't that simple. My understanding of hairdressing is learning it and living it. I want to communicate with hairdressing. Creating something with emotions speaking through styles and being proud of a blow wave is how I look at hairdressing. When a client comes in to a store it isn’t green hundred’s or yellow fifties that comes in to my mind. I first think to myself is it just a routine regrowth or is it a special occasion? Is my client upset and does he/she need a change? Maybe my client is going on a date with ‘the one’ tonight. It is a reality that physical features attract; you need to look good for a job interview or for a date. Any time of the day or anywhere in the world every individual needs to be happy with their physical self and hair is one of the very important parts of looks. Hair dressing is not just about hair to me, with hair and hairdressing you can make assumptions about diet, health, mind. Therefore what I believe is that it is not just hair on our heads, it is a way of communicating without a speech language.
