About Me

Jimmy L Duggans was born on June 30, 1965 in Columbus, Ms. He graduated from Stephen D Lee High School and immediately enlisted in the USAF in the summer of 1983. He was honorable discharged in the summer of 1992 in San Antonio, Texas, where he continued his academic pursuit. He eventually went on to get an Bach in Theology from Christian Bible College and Seminary, A master in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate in Theology from Friends International Christian University. (Awaiting conferment)

He is the author of a book: Faith and Fitness after 40, and is an expert in healthy aging and age retardation. He is currently enrolled in Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee where he's pursuing his Masters in Exercise Science and Nutrition.

Jimmy is also a gifted speaker having pastored 2 churches in his lifetime, and now serves as a fitness director/personal trainer.
