My name is Chad Azevedo. Internationally published alternative and promotional model. I am HEAVILY tattooed and have a tall slim figure. I've done promotions for many of the top "street wear" brands in the industry. Clothing promotions, look books, and advertisements are my specialty. Aside from that I also do high end fashion shoots as well as editorials. Magazine publication submissions and blogs are also what I like to shoot for. Traveling to new states and places to shoots REALLY excites me. I'm really open for (almost) anything and like to be creative. I consider myself experienced and professional, I expect the same in return. I'm easy going, easy to work with, and just love to shoot!

ATTENTION!!!>>>> As of 10/18/2018 my hair is long GONE. Shave it down to the skin (tattooed skin that is lol). I will be bald with the exception of my head tattoos, of course, for the remainder of 2018 year. I will be having no hair until further notice. Most likely all of 2019. Wanting to do ALOT more shoots and moving filming. Please send me a message if interested.

TFP-Looking to do more trade work for magazine submissions and BIG NAME clothing promos ONLY. Paid shoots are ideal and unfortunately only what I have time for, however, just come at me with a idea. If I like the idea most likely we will work together

Acting/Small Film/Commercials- I recently did a small film with another model (form MTV fame) and using that to launch myself into the acting world. Would LOVE to do any film project that involves acting/role playing. Trying to make my movie debut

Music Video- Willing and able. Just hit me with a idea!


Rates & Travel- Depends On Location. I am always traveling AND willing to travel ANYWHERE to shoot. Some of my "well desired" locations to shoot would be NYC, NOLA, Miami, and Austin Tx. im open to anything just hit me up and we will talk.
