Jai's first memory is when he was handed a Kodak Instamatic camera by his parents at age seven. At the moment he composed the image through the little view finder and pressed the shutter he had begun an unending love affair. Since that fateful day, it has been his life’s work to share passion for art and imagery.

After studying fine arts in college, Jai picked up a professional camera. Hobby quickly turned career as he found himself traversing the United States shooting lifestyle photography with climbing and yoga company, prAna. Among all the road trips and stories to share, Jai's vision could no longer be contained within still images. He progressed to film – and storytelling became the next step of his climb.

Jai has since become sought after for his powerful visual aesthetic and undeniable obsession with creative refinement. All elements of his projects are carefully woven together to grab hold and inspire action.

He has traveled the globe working with companies such as Yoga Six, Hewlett Packard, The Do Lab, Kawasaki and Speed Channel.

Jai resides in San Diego, California. When not "working," he's usually on his road bike or swimming with pods of dolphins in the Leucadia surf.
