I recently moved to La Quinta from Laramie, Wyo where I studied journalism with a specialization in photojournalism and also studied Criminal Justice with a pre-law focus. After completing my two bachelor's degrees I decided it was time to get out of the small town atmosphere and came here to live with a friend who was already established in the Coachella Valley. My focus has always been in photojournalism, which means my use of controlled lighting is limited. I know how to make use of what's around me and how to capture moments. My work is only going to be getting better from here. The stuff I have up so far is from news events or personal travels.
