Life is a journey and my goals are shaped by the experiences and opportunities I encounter. Today is my tomorrow and it is up to me to shape it, to take control, and seize every opportunity.

I have developed a passion for fitness and nutrition through my ten years of competitive volleyball. I started training for dance, equestrian, and volleyball from a very young age (5-6 y.o.) that contoured my athletic physique from an early stage in my life. I was a NCAA Division I volleyball player for Hofstra University in Long Island, NY, where I graduated with a B.S. in Health Science. In furthering my education, I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and have taken on personal training as a profession. I believe it is important to create a positive experience and encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle. Your fitness is 100% mental, your body won't go where your mind doesn't push it.

I am looking to further develop my modeling skills and promote healthy living by example. I am a hard driven individual who encourages and loves to take on unique tasks because I believe it plays an immense role in my growth. I enjoy the depth and emotion that go into modeling, it is a beautiful way to express the various layers in life.
