I am a 20 year old hair stylist and make up artist raised in West Philadelphia. I spent most of her childhood traveling outside of Philadelphia for schooling. In an all girls school with a strict uniform and detailed rules, I had to find a way to stand out or risk blending in with everyone else. I turned to hair and make up as a means of self-expression. I began experimenting with extensions, wigs, color, eyeliner and eyeshadow until I grew an affinity for all things hair and make up. In addition to that, having 3 sisters and a single mother working full time, I became the designated hair stylist of the family. However I never saw the opportunities that could come from her hobby until I went to college and began doing hair in my dorm and make up for fashion shows. I hurried back home, enrolled in cosmetology school and have been doing hair and make up since. My goals include owning my own hair salon, product line, and cosmetics. I also hope to be the founder of my own charity as well as a woman and girls group/shelter. I joined MM in hopes to connect with photographers and models to do work and gather professional photos of my work. I love anything avant garde. I really enjoy going out of the box with hair and make-up. I do special effects and stage make up as well so nothing is out of the question. Feel free to send me a message!
