My name is Sabrina Victoria. I’m originally from Philadelphia which is where I was born, however I’ve moved many times and have been living in New York City for the past year and a half. Throughout my moves I have grown in and out of many interests but the one that has always stuck is Photography. One of my first major “moves” was to San Francisco. While living in San Francisco my mom was working as an artist in a shared studio space, throughout 8th and 9th grade I would always visit my mom at work and run around and meet all the various artists. A group of artists in particular caught my attention: the photographers. During the next two years in San Francisco I began learning the business and art of photography and before I knew it I had my own DSLR and was selling my work in the studio. The next major “move” for me was to move to New York City where I began attending “The Cinema School” in the Bronx. Here I studied film making and discovered a new passion for directing and cinematography. After spending a year and a half in New York City I realized this was the place for me to continue my passion of photography. Fortunately I applied to Parsons School of Design at The New School and was accepted. Now I reside in Mannhatten and am pursuing a BFA in Photography.
