Growing up, I've always been told I was pretty enough to model. But knowing that modeling was more than just good looks and because of my height, I was discouraged from attempting modeling. That all changed about two years ago when I signed up to be a team member to submit for my schools magazine, MODE by FIDM. Someone told me I had a better chance of being chosen for a team if I applied not only as a stylist but as a model as well. To my surprise, I was booked as a model. Though our submission was not a chosen feature, the experience was eye opening.

I loved being in front of the camera. It's something about being a work of art; when you model, you are a muse. Since then I've done a couple shoots to build my confidence and comfort in front of the camera. Now, I'm interested in building a strong portfolio and working with other creative minds to bring inspiration into fruition.

For now, I see modeling as a creative outlet and pastime but I would love it became more than that. I've done my makeup and styling for all my recent shoots. Having little to no experience, Im eager to create and expand my portfolio not only as a model but as a stylist and MUA as well.
