I have been involved in CrossFit for four years. I began for the sole purpose of losing the baby weight I gained while pregnant with my daughter. I quickly learned this was a ‘sport’ of fitness and my passion drove me into the sport full throttle for the 2013 Season. I am a firm believer that if you do not continue to learn and study your sport you will begin to fail. I moved myself in 2014 into the best possible scenario for myself, my family and my training. I became a part owner of CrossFit Toms River, qualified for the 2014 CrossFit Games North East Regional Competition and have fallen in love with GRID. I set no limits, become stronger, faster and better with every day.
