Like many, I started out with a point-and-shoot digital camera. I photographed every strange and heart-wrenching beauty in my hometown. Then, slowly, shooting self-portraiture taught me how to reclaim and love a once traumatized body. I now have both film and digital photography experience, on both sides of the lens. It has given me much more opportunity to not only appreciate the art of capturing with my own eye, but has also helped me to learn how to be better when the camera is facing at me.

I lean comfortably into pin-up work, as that is the style that my figure and appearance supports well. However, I would love to explore my look in other areas, and to truly collaborate with another. (Let it be known that I am *most* passionate about moody/abandoned locations as shoots, and will always push them to the *top* of my list.)

In regards to performance art: I am a fire dancer, jazz/vintage vocalist, and burlesque performer.
