Hello, Future Pose Monkeys! I mean that in the nicest possible way.

I am here for those looking to do something different. I need models, makeup artist, hair stylist of all skill levels. Although I'd like to help out those that are just starting out really. This is mostly a way for us all to get better at what we do. My goal is to improve my skills, and to always get better. Problem is that most (possibly all) of my clients are sucking my life force, my creativity, and my love of photography right out of my soul.

So, I have a plan. Find other creative people, and collaborate on the things WE want to do. If you have a killer idea, then we're doing it. I have a straight list of techniques I want to try. Locations that no corporate head shot client would want to visit, messes to make, goo to throw, smoke machines gathering dust, powder to fling, fires to start, enough tulle to choke an elephant, props for days, and a massive amount of boredom to get rid of.

I really don't have money. Photography isn't cheap. I'm am looking for kindred spirits willing to do TFP, a new model that wants to get better at posing, another bored weirdo with a cool idea they want to make a reality, or someone who wouldn't mind some experimentation in exchange for something boring. I am a damn good portrait/head shot photographer. You be my pose monkey, or stylist for one of my exercises, and I'll make you some fantastic shots of something more professional that you may need.

Okay. This is for the behind the lens crew. This is what I'm thinking. We meetup over pizza (my treat), and brainstorm every cool idea we have ever had, or any cool shot we ever saw, come up with a game plan, choose a model, ect. This is a release for me. If you have a concept that you think might be very difficult to do, then I definitely want to hear it. I need a challenge! Problem solving is my favorite part of photography. I love the actual shoot, and finished result, but I'm solving problems the whole time during that. You got someone that is willing to try anything. I already have quite a few models that I can call up if we can't find someone new. This could be a lot of fun.
