Hello

My name is Gordon MacIntosh, I was born in the rugged northern Scottish Highlands.

I specialise in Motion Timelapse Photography, which has taken me to parts of the world as far as NewZealand and Canada - working freelance for sports action production companies (such as SherpasCinemas), and having work featured on BBC nature documentaries.

Over the last few months, I have invested in learning the fundamentals of photoshop inside out (coming from a Premiere/AfterEffects background) which has vastly broadened my career aspects in a relative short period of time.

I have been getting regular commissions by drinks companies as a product photographer/retoucher. But, I am looking to branch into the fashion/beauty/lifestyle sector. So much so that I have recently moved to London, and currently actively seeking work as retoucher.

I approach every retouch from the eye of a photographer. I would say my style leans towards clean, minimal and organic. Retouching to me is like creative problem solving, and I revel in attention to detail! I've always been inspired by colour grading/toning of images (really is the cherry on the cake for me!).
