grayson is an independent model based in new york city. he began modeling at northwestern university outside of chicago, where he modeled for stitch fashion magazine and unity fashion show. he also served as unity's modeling director during his senior year while building his portfolio with chicago-area photographers and participating in other local shows, including chicago fashion week.

after graduating from northwestern, he moved to new york city in december 2023 to take his modeling career to the next level. he walked in seven shows during his first NYFW, including runway 7, for a total of 15 fashion shows throughout his modeling career.

outside of modeling, grayson works as a financial aid administrator at adelphi university. he enjoys cooking, listening to music, watching movies, and playing basketball in his free time.
