Inspiration can come from something you see, a sound you hear or a delicious scent.  I try to go to every session with an idea and an open mind.  I try not to visualize the entire process or event because I feel I would try to force the situation into something it wasn’t.  Instead I want to capture the true essence of the mood.  I very rarely pose.  To me it doesn’t look natural.  I might give a suggestion, but I will not tilt your head or place your hand.
