Since he was six years old, Elia has been honing his creative vision.  Starting at a painting academy as a toddler and branching out to other mediums as an adult, Elia quickly transformed his artistic process from painting to creative hair styling and fashion photography. 

From major Celebrities like Kathy Ireland to top designers at LA Fashion week, when hair really matters the world calls on Elia Monvel.  With over twenty years at the top of his industry, Elia is one of the most coveted and highly respected stylists in the country.  Whether perfecting a standard or creating a cutting edge style for a photo shoot, Elia's creations are  truly extraordinary.

Elia started his career in 1987 in Lebanon.  Moving to Paris in 1992, Elia devoted himself to learning the highest standards in the industry by attending several programs including the prestigious Jean Louis Deforges Academy.  He won several awards while working and studying in Paris including an award for cutting at the Jacques Dessange International show.  In 1999 Elia moved to Los Angeles completing his education by attending the Vidal Sassoon Academy. 

A master at his craft, a trend setter and true style maker, Elia has won many awards including first place in the 1997 C.A.T. International Haircutting Competition and the Devenis Hair Company's North American show in 2002.  Elias is a true visionary whose devotion to the highest standards in his industry are only matched by his ability to make styling a true art.
