Eddie Arana's entrance into the world of hairstyling was influenced by his love of fashion and music. At a young age Eddie would collect and read fashion magazines and would create styles influenced by his favorite designers such as Alexander McQueen and John Galliano.

Eddie started his career assisting top celebrity hairstylist such as Peter Butler, Roque Jimenez, Davy Newkirk and David Babaii.
