My name's Bill, I have been actively shooting photos since 2001 and professionally since 2004. I shoot mostly digital but can do film upon request. I studied photography and criminal justice in college. I currently work as a commercial catalog photographer as well as run my own wedding/portrait photography company.

I've worked as a staff photographer for 2 newspapers. I did independent photojournalism for 5 years. I did a little work in Chicago club promotion photography and more recently I started working as a photographer for Wikipedia.

I shoot all types of photography (portraits, weddings, special events, bands, promotions, glamour, sports, and photojournalism.) I'd really like to enhance my experience with fashion, glamour, boudoir and general modeling types of photography and am open TFP/CD/DB arrangements. I'm also always open for collaborative shoots.

I specialize in dramatic lighting and usually like to include some sort of dramatic lighting images in most of my shoots.

I've extensive knowledge in the use of Photoshop Creative Suite, Lightroom, Capture One and Express Digital Darkroom Pro.

All the photos I shoot are taken in uncompressed RAW for the best quality possible.

I have a very photo-journalistic and different lighting style but I'm more than happy to do a more traditional type of photography. I do all editing myself using Photoshop and Lightroom.
