My name is Alisabeth, and I enjoy being who I am.

If I didn’t have a song or a dance at any given moment, I’d feel as if I were shorting myself of the happiness I find in life.

The arts are my life. There is just some part of me that can never go without it. It’s been too much a part of my life to ever let it go. Whether I’m posing for an art gallery, center stage, or spotlighting a local university photography show, I'm always happy.

It’s more than a hobby or a job for me. It’s a way of life. Indeed, I can’t imagine my life being half as pleasant if I weren’t involved with it.

At one point in my life, I chose to “take a break” from the arts… this was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. I never knew until that point how much of my happiness depended on being able to stand in front of a camera or on stage and give it my all—no matter what. There is no better feeling than when the lights come on and the shutter clicks. It means the world to me every time I see someone genuinely happy and pleased with the work I've done for them.
