Basic Info
My MM portfolio is only a small sample of my work  -  if you want to see more, click on the link to my website, or just click HERE

I do:
-  conduct myself in a professional manner
-  like to experiment with lighting and different techniques
-  like to try new and/or different genres of photography
-  try and have fun during a shoot (if it's not fun, it becomes work  - and I hate work)

I don't:
-  make any claims about being an "artist"
-  expect to make a living with my photography  - it's simply my creative outlet
-  concentrate on any one specific style of photography
-  want to date anyone I work with (my wife would frown upon it)
- do extensive Photoshop work (I generally limit it to blemish removal and background cleanup), but I can do more advanced work, if you request it.


About "Friend  Requests":
If you send me a friend request, I'm going to assume it's because you like my work, and are interested in scheduling a shoot.

If  I send you a friend request, it's because I like your look and/or work, and would be  interested in scheduling a shoot  - it doesn't mean that I think you're hot/cute/sexy (although you may be) and I don't want to be your friend/date you - it simply means that I'd be interested in working with you.

If you have a shoot scheduled with me, and can't make it:

Just let me know - I don't need a reason or excuse; I understand that life happens, and some situations just can't be avoided, or maybe you just changed your mind - no family members have to die, you don't have to contract an exotic disease, or crash your car.
I always provide my phone # and email address, so just give me a call or an email.
On the rare occasion that I can't make a scheduled shoot, I'll try my best to give at least 24 hrs. notice.

Shoot Availability:

I have a full-time job in a non-photographic field, and since I do work full time, my shooting is generally limited to weekends, and a couple of evenings during the week.

I can occasionally do a weekday shoot, but I do need advance notice so that I can schedule time off - if you want to set up a shoot with me, or if I contact you regarding a possible shoot, please keep this in mind.

I'll admit that I'm not the most creative person when it comes to shoot concepts, but I'm always open to any ideas or concepts that you might have - I believe that a successful shoot should be a collaborative effort between the model and photographer.


My background:
I'm a self-taught photographer; the only formal training I've had was a course in B&W photography at a local Community College, which I took just to learn how to develop and print my own film. I shoot mainly digital, but still use a 35mm film camera, and I do my own B&W developing and printing.
