Welcome to my Model Mayhem page. My name is Andris Batraks, and my company 'Solo Symphony' is the professional medium by which I pass on my artistic vision to my clients and the world. I have been building up my portfolio for approximately five years, producing content for a handful of models, DJ's, and actress'. I have also had the honour of working with some established musicians, and covered events for small organizations and even night clubs.
Within the past year I have had a number of my photos used for posters and other promotional material for some top hot spots around the GTA ('Greater Toronto Area' for those not from around here). Circa and Blurr nightclub's for example.

I have been known to "bring out the natural beauty in my subjects", which is quite clear in my nature/flower photography (not shown on this site of course). I also feel at home with architectural, automotive and product photography, and can adapt nearly any location/situation to work with that of a human model. One of my trademark skills that has grown over the years is my ability to attain studio-like lighting results with only one light source, or the fine tweaking through the digital darkroom to obtain a similar effect if the lighting situation was not optimal.

Quality over quantity is always in mind, and many of my returning customers have grown the high levels of trust, to allowing me full power to select and edit the images of my choosing based on what I know of what is expected from the final product, as more often than not, the images I choose are the best of the bunch.
