Local California artist born Maegan Brown on may 31st 1990 in Fontana CA. My passions in art started in my childhood years, painting, drawing, coloring, but it was when my mother took me to an art gallery by the sea, somewhere in Southern California, that I realized what subject would captivate my artistic interests. The female form and romanticized sceneries with a touch of fantasy and dream sequence. I would continue sketches, drawings, and canvas paintings until march of 2012 that I got my first arts how in a venue in down town Pomona to showcase my artwork, where I witnessed a live body painting demo, I was instantly intrigued, never having thought to use the human body as a canvas, it made sense, the human form the one thing I find most beautiful when creating a piece of artwork used as the very canvas I express my artistic visions through. It took about 5 shows before I started exploring the idea of painting myself, always striving to challenge my artistic abilities I started to practice, at fist it took my 4hours to paint myself, now it takes anywhere from an hour and a half to 35 minuets. Since then I've gone on to do live body paint shows, runway, theatrical dancing for art/ music festivals, as well as photos hoots and public events.
