Training is part of my job description.

I start off on a day to day basis by, attending my local gym 5 days per week, twice a day. Concentrating on building quality muscle. I have been training my self for over 12 years now and love to see a difference in my body. I had a phase of getting very obsessed in putting on weight because i didnt feel happy in myself. I learn't now that it not about the gains of weight, its about the quality of your gains that matter.

The sports i undertake are as follows
bodybuilding
Muay Thai boxing
pure cardio session for e.g Body blast exercises and Muay Thai Fitness.
　

All this training is my life my oxygen my heart and soul. This is what keeps me going on a day to day basis. Without my training i feel worthless. I have a masive adreneline rush when it comes to looking better and it makes me so excited to see the changes. My aim is to be the best at what i do and if that means running to the top of a 30 mile mountain i will do it to acheive my dreams and goals...

Alls i need is the right direction and encouragement and i know nothing will ever stop me from acheving my goals. My aims for the future are, to appear in fitness magazines showing people how i did it and what my training routines are like and how i got where i have now. Also encouraging people to keep fit and healthy for a better lifestyle


Professional Photo Shoot. I also teach professionaly Muay Thai Boxing and a qualified personal Training Coach,that specialises in 21 years and under m/f. June 7th 2012, nominated best volunteer of the year and presented with a local hero award for my hard work and loyalty towards young children. I also run a business selling all sorts of health and fitness products e.g... (Weightgainers and whey protein shakes). We offer professional advice on diet plans like, how to either loose or gain weight.


On the 28/05/12 i had a professional casting shoot, where i traveled to Manchester and audtioned for a part on a fitness advert. I also played the main acting zombie in a tractor commercial called the (burly zombie). It happened to be the leader of all the other zombies on the 07/06/2012. I really enjoyed acting the main zombie on the set. It was an amazing experience and i would love be apart of another commercial very soon.


On the 26th june 2012 i did a photo/acting shoot for a luxury hotel spar in burton upon trent. I happened to be taking this shoot with my agent amelia cope. We had to act as though we were a couple and that we were having a relaxing, fantastic time which was pretty cool. Really enjoyed it. Also i got told i was a natural. On the 7th-8th of august 2012 i appeared in a short drama film called, (Small time). This is a film produced by a masters degree qualifier for film producing. I happened to be acting one of the main parts of the film which was a Kidnapper. e.g A bunch of children get involved in drug dealing and happen to get their selves in a spot of bother with the boss man, which happens to send to kidnappers to kidnap this young 17years teenage boy. This boys step father is partly involved with the kidnapping by arranging it. This is being produced in a film festival in November 2012, which all the stars of the film come together and show producers and customers what we did and how we did it. Pictures will be up loaded once i have my hands on them.


On the 15/11/12 i play a role of an orderly acting scene for a rock band called (Blue Origion). They are currently expanding to much larger audiences. This music video will be published on the popular Kerrang and scuz music Channels. This hope will be published early December time (2012).
