I am an experienced fitness personality, fitness model and spokesperson, appearing in several fitness publications & websites, both as a contributing writer & as a fitness model.


As well as fitness related assignments I have also appeared in ad campaigns for various underwear brands including Ginch Gonch, & 2(x)ist, national promotional campaigns for Jacques cider, high end luxury bags & various fashion shows.


My images have been used in many health & wellbeing magazines, lifestyle publications and a number of national newspapers.


In 2015 I was recognised as one of the top 10 personal trainers in the world, an accolade of which I am immensely proud.


As you've probably gathered fitness, health & wellbeing is an integral part of my life and I own a premium coaching business aimed at helping busy dads become powerful & unstoppable Super Heros.

I also work alongside mental health charities, raising awareness and promoting open dialogue in men, a subject I am extremely passionate about.


I possess a wide ranging & varied skill set, which includes flame throwing, fire eating & angle grinding, as well as the usual press ups, pull ups, exercise etc


I do have various pieces of skin art, which was very much not the norm when I started in the industry. Now it seems everyone sports some form of ink, which I find highly satisfying.


Although I no longer do TFP shoots as a general rule, if there is an exciting project that interests me and travel costs are covered  (and perhaps a donation to a charity) I'm willing to get involved.
