Filming a Boardroom scene for a sci fi film called Vector 2033. This "Blade" like film is being filmed in Washington DC. The Scene Requires a room filled with  corporate executives sitting in a board room, when a cyborg enters the room and assassinates the speaker. Estimated 3 hrs required as extra casting and 6hrs for the Lead speaker.
