You can not teach angry, Either the model thinks angry or she doesn’t. Modeling is like acting. An actor needs to know what his or her motivation is before doing a scene unless they have done it before. The photographer is a director also. The photographer needs to tell the model what to do or how to act in front of the camera. I tell my models that this is just make believe but to think about someone or thing that makes them angry to think about that , then I just rub it in till they start to act out angry. That is one emotion you can’t teach because it is a pure natural emotion. Either they are angry or they are not. But they also need to know how to control how they react to their anger.
