Rachel Elizabeth is a celebrity trainer/nutritionist, professional sports model, and the host of the TV show, Celebrities Get Fit with Rachel Elizabeth. Rachel’s list of modeling and acting credits include campaigns for Adidas, Target, Sports Authority, Dicks Sporting Goods, The UFC (UFCfit.com), Quiznos, Bowflex, Under Armour and Reebok.

Rachel Elizabeth is the founder of Cause Fitness, where her mission is to “cause a fitness effect in your life, so that you can then inspire the same healthy changes in those around you.” Cause Fitness also partners with established charities around the world in need of med­ical and hygienic resources, sim­ple health and hygienic education, clean water and nutrition sources and general improvements to human quality of life.
