i used to joke about being MM's MVP which was more about effort than anything else but after being exposed to Craig Seay i realised that we do have a MVP, Craig is the best and his effort always astounds me.
I see participation at between 1 and 2 % and that is a shame, ive thought about it for weeks and i bet if i didnt participate for awhile we would get a better showing from our top drawer artist, besides it is such a hassle to get online for me. thank you to all the great artist that have made an effort to vote or enter a new model and a big thanks to MM's real MVP
Craig Seay. love you man

Thanks Jon, and I hope you aren't saying you'll be leaving for a while so we can get more action. That would be crazy man. smile

I have to say that I have gotten discouraged this week that TD participation is off somewhat but hey, we're still alive and kickin' and newbie models are still benefiting so let's just do this thing~!! I have some ideas about how we might boost networking in The LIST and I am going to get more help *hint~hint* so we can kick this thing in to high gear.

Yes, I'll be on world tour in about 6 months doing my music thang but I can take my laptop with air card and with help from ya'll I can keep my left hand in this. Joelle aka Phoenyx is my right hand and as you know she's already involved in the LIST and the Newbie Model of the Week with coding, updates, and notifications. She's been ill since she had to leave me to go back to Canada, *sad face*... and I didn't want to tell you she's ill but she says it's ok; she'll be back soon, better than ever~!!

Several in the Top Drawer have offered to help now and one TD member I've been talking with may eventually take this thing over, though the thought of giving him my place with Joelle makes me extremely sad, so maybe we'll keep it like it is for now, LOL. wink

Anyway, moving on to this.... Model Insider www.modelinsider.com will be rolling out the first of June...yes I know, it was supposed to be May, but shit happens. I think you'll see that it's worth the wait. Again, I have awesome support there, including one Christopher Ambler who is practically doing most of the work, therefore I'm able to come and go there as I need, and don't feel that having MI will hinder me from moving forward, or back, in to the music biz. For now let's just keep The LIST going steady and have fun with it.

I will be presenting Joelle this week as my newbie model so watch for that. wink

REMINDER: We will be moving the voting to Friday so all entries will have to be in by midnight Thursday. That's all for now~!!

Oh, one more thing. Hey Jon, I love you too man~!!

My apologies for missing the vote last week - sometimes The Real World (TM) encroaches on my MM time.

My vote wouldn't have changed anything because my choice was the winner, congrats Jenny and Jon!

After a run of bad luck with several attempts to work with newbies, this week brought one well worth the wait ...

My nomination for the week of 24 - 30 May 2008: Reese C

Everyone knows that it takes more than a great face and figure to make a model. Reese is all of that and a bowl of cherries. I mentioned above some disappointing attempts to round up a shoot for this month ... Reese's clear, professional and courteous communications showed her intelligence and readiness to make things happen. When I met her these traits were enhanced by her sweet personality and willingness to work and cooperate.

Pretty, cute, businesslike, sexy - she can do it all. BTW - in these head shots, her complexion shows, I did not touch her skin with Photoshop.

My first entry to Model of the week for the week of May 24 thru 30 1st is https://www.modelmayhem.com/pics.php?id=680830 of Detroit, Michigan.

She is a Budding model, and has scheduled to work with other photographers soon in the Detroit area.

The following pictures were from our one, and only shoot while she was home to see family. Like the first entrant. while the sun was shining this was any thing but a war day, and the water was freezing. and the funny thing was Squeeks was laughing through most of the shoot. I also thought I should mention that while I was able to add my moniker the photos are not PS to improve quality. What you see is what you get.
Thank you for your comments, and I hope you enjoy our work...

I'm a bit confused - not that unusual really but:

Are these three different women? Which should we be voting for? Are they all MM members?

This entry is disqualified. Reason: SCS is not a current LIST member.

I will contact SCS and submit his application to The LIST if he wishes to join.

Also, as LIST members we may only submit one model per week.

For the week of May 24-30.

Bri Stiles

Bri's first shoot, she's actually a Moto X dirt biker at a Competition level.  LoL, it took me about 15 minutes to get her to stop with the huge beautifull smile, and after that it was smooth sailing!

I have learned that SCS is indeed a LIST member and for some reason had dropped off The LIST, possibly in coding an update. I apologize for the mishap and have notified Scott that he my reintroduce his three lovely models consecutively over the next three weeks if he wishes to do so. Again my apologies.

I wish to apologize to everyone. while I thought I read the rules. I missed the one wbout only a single model.

I'll save Merry for next week, and Lara for week three.

thx again for your understanding on my first post, and may the best model win...

I vote for:
Stephan Art Jeweler, Megs B #711591

I first saw a different group of choices, started to vote for someone from that group, then the page updated and a different group of models were there. Don't know what happened, So this is my choice. I really love this model she is amazing.

hmmm....my guess it that you may have been viewing last week's composite which is on the previous page. The current composite is the only one I've posted since last week.

Top Drawer voting will continue through Saturday and we will announce this week's winner on Sunday morning.

My entry for week of May 31 - June 7

I'd like to be considered as a Top Drawer photographer. Here are several shots of Hunter who I met on Model Mayhem she is both an amazing model and person. I had alot of fun on our photo shoot, I enjoyed our conversations both during the shoot as well as now on Model Mayhem.
I live in Martinsville, Indiana but could cover the Indianapolis, Greenwood, Franklin, Mooresville, Martinsville, Monrovia, and Bloomington areas.
