Hello everybody. Travis, I'm digging the Bill Heard Chevrolet Pics. I definite think we can use that for something. I'm recovering for a foot injury, so I can't venture out into the world as of yet. On a lighter note I watch a bunch a movies yesterday (V for vendetta still sucks), didn't edited any pictures like a good photographer would have and I finished the rest of the jager last night.

It's sucks for photographers that shoot on location all the time i.e. like myself. You know what I just realized. I have pick up my camera in over a week now. I feel shamed.

Okay, So I decided to get off my high horse and start doing some post processing on the last set I shot (which was like 2 weeks ago). I usually use some strobes but I shot these with the ambient light. I had to up the ISO to 1600 on this one. It was kind of dark in the room.

MY freshmen year as a model photographer I used strobes for everything. I didn't start with natural light till about the beginning of this year. I want to get a battery pack for my elinchroms but I don't have the funds right now.

Sackett Studios wrote: do they charge for this? Of course... they charge you like $600 for a 2 day shoot and I think your shoooting in a 4 million dollar house here in Las Vegas. you get to shoot 4 models per day (Fri/Sat) (total of 8 models) and each model will come make up ready and you learn angles, lighting, and someone to mentor/teach you on WHAT YOU ARE DOING WRONG, so your photos look properly lit and well balanced. Like I said, thats just speculation, and assumptions on what this is, but I have heard out of towners who visit Las Vegas "salespitch this to me" so i figure all workshops are the same except for location you go to and models they bring in, so you can shoot them.

They wouldn't do this for free, I think. I watch the video and a couple of those model in video have flake on me. one of them twice and the other, it was a paid shoot. Whatever I guess. I just put that up because it pertains to Vegas and it is an event. We may not be master but I bet if we put one of these together it would be a whole lot more fun and cheaper.
