I'd like to be included in The List for San Antonio, TX. I almost always shoot with newbie models moreso than established ones, as I enjoy new faces and helping others to grow as others have helped me.

I was just flipping through pages today and came across "The List".

I think I would make a good candidate for the program. I actually do about 2 shoots a week for new models. I don't post all of them as I don't have that much room on my pages.

I have a genuine interest in seeing the new models benefit from working with a mature professional photographer. I've found it also to be good for networking and improving my business. I also take time to give them a little history about the modeling business so that they can choose the path that is right for them

I'd like to sign up. I haven't had my head in the sand, it was only a few minutes ago that I was able to understand what "The List" is all about. It should be talked about more widely.

I hope to get the latest batch of theLIST applications to the Top Drawer for voting on Monday or Tuesday - once again thanks to everyone for your involvement!

Apparently there were changes made at some point in time. I was an active member of the List until April of this year when I was admitted to the hospital. Long story short, after a long stay in the hospital and rehab I'm all mended and ready for action again. So what is my course of action to get re-enstated?

Attention please!

After much thought we have decided to implement some new rules for membership in theLIST. I have received some super feedback from our Top Drawer membership and hope to hammer out the details very soon.

The response to our new iteration of the programs has been rewarding at the same time that it is a bit overwhelming at times.

The gust of the new rules will be twofold:

1. We will make the application process more meaningful but also a bit more involved than a simple poet to this thread.
2. We will be expecting applicants who are accepted to actually be involved beyond hanging a badge on their profiles.

It is easy for people to post a "Me too!" reply to this thread. Because we take these programs seriously, these replies cause our Top Drawer folks to invest their time in reviewing and voting.

Sadly few of our recent inductees have shown the commitment of actually doing the work involved in and expected of membership. It is discouraging to those of us who have invested our time in the programs to see membership in theLIST being used simply as a badge on peoples' profiles.

All applicants to theLIST since 12 November, 2009 please note:
Once again we have amassed a large number of applicants. Reviewing these applications cost our Top Drawer members a considerable amount of time. We are all unpaid volunteers and I truly appreciate the dedication of our very talented Top Drawer members.

If you have submitted a reply requesting inclusion in theLIST since our last call to vote (12 November 2009) please do this:

Consider whether you are actually interested in participating in these programs beyond the act of placing the badge on your profile.

If you are confident that you are willing and able to match the efforts of those of us who stand behind these programs then send me a PM and I will include you in the next call to vote. I will include all of you who reply in PM by Wednesday 16 December 2009.

Again, my sincere thanks to all of you who have been supporting these programs through your participation!
