if you don't know about your own interests and throwing enough of it hoping one will stick to the wall then, you are in the wrong field.
You have no strengths and won't have any until you'll know how it is being done.
Don't expect seasoned professionals hold your hand and let  you cross the bridge.

Keep those below

delete everything else as most other photos in your port are weak or useless to sell you.

one more advice, try a different hair cut then this

good luck

Hi varton,
Thanks for the critique. Your comments really got me thinking of my direction and it was staring me in the face. I've taken your suggestions, edited my port, and will build on what I have.

Cheers.

Some work jumps out like this one
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110808/02/4e3fabeb3ad84_m.jpg
but you are not quite there yet
I am not sure if you tried to create an effect with the leaves and small depth of field to have some foreground and background blur but the leaves and branches on her lips and face is a major set back.
I see some nice ideas like this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110808/02/4e3faaae4f3d2_m.jpg
but in general I don't like the contrast in your photos.
the photos in the parking garage appear like more face book  snapshots then worthy to be in a port.
Neither this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110808/02/4e3fad1a88edf_m.jpg unless nowadays motion blur is also being considered as art or artistic

I find that "Very Experienced" doesn't belong there. I really looked hard for some evidence but didn't find any.

Give me your worst sir

I am not going to be hard on you, I think you are pulling it off great however few comments and my 2 cents.
When you have reflective backgrounds like in those photos https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/140208/12/52f695fb849bd_m.jpghttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/140208/17/52f6d7aae5a97_m.jpg
metal door plastic etc.. you have to be careful not to get glare back to your lens.
don't set your strobe or speedlight heads on perpendicular to the surface.
angle it sideways and slant it and use at least 2 sources of light to create a balanced contrast and not to wash out the background. Soften your light with a soft box or put  the "sock" over the beauty dish or whatever you are using  Same thing applies to the model's forehead which glows.
Same thing applies to studio shots with white garments https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/140531/00/538981623f267_m.jpg they reflect back and you lose the detail , some only care if such detail is important.
In any case studio work feels better.
Good luck and keep shooting
