Hi All,

I am fairly new to MM and am hoping for some feedback...

I recently graduated from the Rocky Mtn School of Photography in Missoula, MT.  Afterwards, I and 3 of my classmates spent a month of intense shooting in Missoula (40 shoots in 4 weeks!) and those shoots make up most of what you see in my portfolio right now.

When I began school in June, I had absolutely no idea what kind of photographer I wanted to be.  Now, I know I want to shoot people but am still unsure about which style/genre I should be pursuing...

I plan to spend the next 4 months in Arizona continuing to work on my portfolio and deciding what type of photography business I should be building.

Looking at my portfolio now, what's most promising?  What's not working?  Where should I be focusing my energy?

Honest feedback is much appreciated!  Thank You!

Looking at your port I wouldn't change a thing.

You have that rare talent for being able to capture personality, not just beauty.  That's something that all the equipment in the world can't buy, it comes from you as the photographer and your interaction with the subject.

Here is a prime example from your port.
