Luv that! It's very Fifth Element...I've actually gotten pvc/plastic tubing online at www.usplastic.com and also www.freelin-wade.com/specialty-plastic-tubing.html

Bump - forgot I asked this. The answer above isn't what i am looking for. I have seen it before. It looks like a long wire coil with foam.

It reminds me of these bendy rollers I use, although these are considerably shorter than what is in the photo.
