It means a lot to me that everyone showed up. It was a pleasure meeting models I've never had the chance to work with before as well as some photographers I'd never worked with before. It was definitely a great send off. Thank you Gary for putting this together for me. It means a lot to me. I'm gonna miss ya! Oct 14 12 06:20 pm Link Well it looks like my camera is OK. Lesson learned the hard way: don't edit or delete images in the card using the computer and use it again in camera unless re-formatted. It was still a great shoot. The new 70-300 lens was wonderful. A hummingbird posed for me in the morning. That was a gift. Perfect weather! Only took 1:45 to get all the way home to Ventura County. Met some cool really cool people and good long conversation at the "Hand-Made Hearts" store jam. No jam though. Literary types. Another unplanned good time.
