Sorry, I have been away from this site some time, so I was a bit surprised to find this thread on the first page........what I'll do is to answer the more recent posts, and only the older ones if so requested.

Elementum wrote: do tell It is somewhat surprising to find that all your shots but one are headshots. Due to the fact that you say that you would like to be a plus size model, I would have expected more full body shots.

Chynecia De Ancariis wrote: Have at it~ Well, at some point in your profile you say that you are no expert at modelling, but then you write a long statement and the viewer might think that you are not a beginner either. However, I think that your port is a bit dissapointing, since I would have expected some more professional shots.

Luke Lenz wrote: I'm in. Not much to say, since your profile is almost non existent. But what you say, that you want to show fetish and latex, is waht you get in your port, so no thing wrong with that. However, there a few shots in your port, mainly headshots, that have much more to offer than latex, and I think that you could well expand your profile a bit in that direction.

Beth Chambers wrote: Me please In general terms I would say yes. I would not expect a couple of shots that I think are not at the same level than the rest, but the kind of shots you have match the ones you could expect after reading your profile. Ps: you have wonderful shots in your facebook page, and particularly one that is absolutely perfect.

Sakura Star wrote: This is a really interesting thread. Me please! X For me your port was somewhat surprising, mostly your shibari and bdsm shots. Ok, so you say in your profile that you are a bit cheeky, but I don't think the viewer really expect so many nudes and erotic shots. The first shot in your profile, the one with the glass of wine - spanish wine maybe? ;-) - seems like an invitation to know you and your work, and the next one seems to want to provoke the viewer, so it's not that your port is a real surprise, but I would have expected something sweeter than it is.

I think you are very explicit in your statement and the info about your preferences, and the shots you show are not different from that. However, I think you express the wish to do some other things, and I guess you lack shots about those other interests.

I think that your profile exudes hard work, self confidence and determination, and that's precisely what your port shows. However, after reading your bio and interests, I would have expected not so many nude shots and a bit more variety.

Not that your port is a real surprise after reading your profile, but I think that the viewer don't have a clear idea of what to expect, since you say many things about how you work or what you want to do, but your style or preferences are not clear, I think. And you sound to me too demanding concerning models, but that's not my business. If that works for you, it's fine.

And your beautiful shots correspond to only one or two of the styles that youmention as your preferences. No, I think that they don't match, but maybe you should expand a bit your port and then rewrite your bio and be more explicit.

Ok, you can read my answer above this one, because it applies exactly the same, and in your case, you even don't mention preferences about kind of shoots. You have a great avatar though,so this might be a clear signal for models who want to work with you.

As for your port, it shows you are really new concerning photoshoots, so I guess in the future it will be progressing, and then you should be adapting your bio to that progress.

Matthew Gwinn wrote: How about me? I think that you are not the usual photographer that we can find here. Not really a surprise, since you also express this in your profile, and it shows in your port, because it has not much to do with fashion, or models as we use to see here as well. So in certain way, they match, but maybe when/if you manage to go ahead with your projects, your port will be far different from what it is now, and then you'll have to rewrite your bio.

You mention experimenting, studying light and shadows, and that is what your port shows, although I think that you could have more different examples, they look a bit all the same.

Paige Morgan wrote: Tell me what you think. I think you have a quite complete and well constructed profile, you even include a link to your homepage, where a bigger portfolio can be seen. And the kind of things you say, and your preferences, what you like and what you don't, is clear and matches what one can see then watching your port. So you are close to perfection, concerning that, I think.
