If I were to describe your work to someone, what would I say? How would I describe it?

Reply, and I will tell you. I don't guarantee it will be nice. So if you are sensitive, or easily offended, you should probably refrain from replying.

Edit: Couldn't log into my account for a few days. Had to get some help, but now the issue is resolved and I am back! smile

Could you describe it without using the words "sucks" or WTF?

I don't know..those are a part of my daily vocab. Haha!

I would say something along the lines of:

Pinup Fantasies does mostly what his name says he does, "pinup". He puts his own twist on the genre with modern props, wardrobe and a unique style of editing. He also does some portrait and glamour work, but most of it is mediocre compared to his pinups.

I absolutely do not mind at all, I'm glad you stopped in! I hope you can excuse my lack of knowledge about painting/art.

If I were to explain your work to someone I would say:

MainePaintah's work reminds me of the art style in Waking life. He captures the lovely figures of his models in very feminine poses, occasionally adding in props that pull the images together. He uses a very limited and consistent color palette. For the most part his work is very simple, but still captures the viewers attention with his interesting style, content and perspective.

Thank you so much! I love your explanation of my pastel paintings, and I am honored to be listed in your "Beautiful Nudes 2" list! You have some very artistic nudes in that list, and I am happy to be included with such great art.

Now, speaking of "beautiful nudes". I have been to your port a few times and I find your nude work beautiful and exceptional! If you are every in my neck of the woods, for work or vacation, (southern Maine) please stop by. I would love to collaborate with you on a few pastel figure paintings and drawings, or even a portrait!
