Good lord. Some MM'ers can be so gullible sometimes. Show me some real documentation that proves he makes anywhere near that amount. With books sales and fees, I'll believe a few million. 58? From the fee the photographer has to cover the model(s), MUA's, retouching ect ect which may not leave a lot of $. In addition copyright belongs to the client. A bit like the music industry where the artist was paid an amount to produce a certain number of records. An arrangement Annie Leibovitz has with some clients.
