RULES, REGULATIONS, OTHER STUFF... Attendees prepare to get rugged for Fall Encounter Group Shoot held on Saturday September 19, 2015. The property is located in rural Vickery 10 miles north of Fremont, on several acres of farm. About 50 mls from Toledo, 75 mls from Cleveland. The picturesque exterior shooting areas are unique and will be the main draw to this awesome event. Shooting areas are on the farm property, tree lines, hunting blinds, dilapidated machinery, and wide open fields. Inside shooting will include both steel barns, all vehicles, tractors, 4 wheelers, and agriculture equipment. Guests can enter the wildlife preserve across the street, which completely separates the guest from the private property of the farm. You are then dealing with the rules of the state. You may want to bring your tough shoes along (and sling your heels until you get where you're going) because the back 40 of this place is wild! Also consider: handy wipes, lens cleaner, nap sack,, food for everyone! Be prepared! This shoot is designed to create beautiful and creative pictures of models in the wardrobe and look of their choosing. Female and Male models, Photographers, MUA's, Stylists, all welcome. No videography please.

MUAS, STYLISTS -
MUAs and Stylists attend the event at NO CHARGE. If you bring anyone with you, it has to be a WORKING H/MUA ASSISTANT, No friends, BFs, relatives, or anyone else that is not a working H/MUA, to cut back on the amount of people at the event doing nothing.

PHOTOGRAPHERS -
The spirit of group shoots is trade. Photographers are expected to post on the event page or email models at least two finished posting size images per look/wardrobe change (at least 11" in size, c'mon guys, no credit card size images please, no one has any use for those little ass things). Frankly the best place for models to get their pics is right off the event page, so please abundantly post your shots. If this is something you have no intention of doing, or are too "buried" in work (yeah right) to edit pics, please do not confirm yourself to this event. No "bulk" posting on the event page please, we're not the dump.. No shooting "over the shoulder" of other photographers at the event please. Models have no use for receiving images with a watermark plastered in the center of the pic. And photographers, please do not post model's images on a "buy" page. Trade/fun comprende?

MODELS -
From the event, models will receive usually the best edited posting size images from the photographer. Private negotiations over pictures are solely between model and photographer, however the photographer is not required to do more for the model than this event provides, for example: send large images, give you complete rights, send all the unedited images, etc, unless model and photographer privately make arrangements between each other. The event is about fun and sharing.

ASSISTANTS -
Fee for each assistant is $10. Limit two assistants please. Anyone that comes with a model or photographer is considered an "assistant". If your assistant becomes a model or photographer, then they will be asked to pay the entry fee, anyone attempting to sneak a model or photographer into the event paying as an assistant will be asked to leave the event. Simple logic, just don't attempt to sneak models or photographers into the event.

EXTERIOR SHOOTING -
FARM PROPERTY:
Shooting will be limited to boundaries of the farm property only. Neighboring properties are private. Anyone breaking this rule will be asked to leave. WILDLIFE PRESERVE:
The wildlife preserve across the street is state property. If you choose to go into the preserve, you do so with the understanding that you are under the rules and jurisdiction of the officials of the state and the DNR, you are no longer on the private property where FALL ENCOUNTER is being held. The farm property owners and event administrators are separated from your actions on state property. A note about state property: officials are sketchy about scantily clad models, and they are attempting to prevent visitors from going inside the abandoned buildings.

INTERIOR SHOOTING -
The interior areas include both of the steel barns on the farm property. The steel barns are the only places with electricity.

NUDE SHOOTING -
Nude & implied shooting is allowed on certain areas of the farm property only, this will be the eastern side of the steel barns, the tall grass and beyond, and the treeline on the outskirts of the farm property ONLY. Nude shooting must be away from the "eyesight" of the road. We ask photographers, If requesting nude shooting with models, always show respect, please request in private messaging, if the model says no, then no means no.

GUNS/WEAPONS -
No guns or weapons allowed at this shoot or on the property.

ACCESSORIES -
attendees are welcome to bring accessories as long as they are not weapons, since there will be a limited amount of hand held items at the event.

FOOD -
Potluck style buffet. The event location is rural, please bring a dish, snacks, drinks, so we don't starve.

Rules -
1. Location - This is someone's investment and property. We ask for the utmost respect on these premises. Please behave in a professional manner, stay within the designated areas, and remember we have set the rules in place for a reason. If there is a problem on premises, we will address it. If the problem persists, security will ask you to leave, and you will not be invited to future events.

2. No shows - People signed into this event as "going" with no intention of attending will be considered no shows. If you choose to no show no call to this event, you will not be asked to attend future events. Cancelations. If you cancel with plenty of notice we fully understand. Sometimes there are good reasons so please let us know via the event page as soon as possible. If we have a future event and you are also in cancel mode, then we have to assume it is part of your personality and it's time for us to part ways.

3. Boundaries - There are certain places restricted as no-entry. Those found crossing into areas that are well marked as RESTRICTED FOR SHOOTING will be warned or asked to leave.

4. Be active - Post on the page now and then, pre-event so we know you're alive. Models and photographers "schedule" with each other, usually in hour and half-hour increments. Schedules can be made directly on the event page (advised), and some attendees keep a schedule on their smart phone and post it every time there are changes/updates. We suggest starting schedules at 11am, giving people unpack time, make up and hair, etc.

5. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. If you bring alcohol you will be asked to leave the premises.

6. Rain day - If we happen to have the bad luck of rain on Saturday September 19, then the event will be moved to Saturday October 3, if there is also rain on Oct 3, then the event is canceled. Watch the event page right up to morning of shoot for these updates.

7. Rudeness - over-aggression with models, begging or pressuring them to shoot nudes, angry hissy fits day of the event, will all be cause for ejection. Remember the planets aren't always aligned, relax, enjoy.

8. Tentatives - posting on the page stating you may be interested in attending is acceptable, but please do not "test" the models by building a schedule if you are tentative. Please do not announce you are attending with no intention of showing up.

9. Liability Waiver - All attendees will sign a liability waiver protecting the event organizers and the property owners.

The property owners and hosts of this event are not responsible for loss or damage to equipment, or injury to guests. By attending this event, you are in full agreement with this, and the other rules listed.

Everyone entering the event will sign a liability form.
