FYI I'm not a fan of skin that looks totally unreal and too perfect. I make a habit never to eliminate all "flaws", but to compliment them in the best way possible.

I think you did a fantastic job, especially with the skin.

If I were to offer a critique, I would suggest refining the brows a bit more.  Keep it realistic, but a bit more perfectly real.  My makeup artist will give me brows that, even if I never touch them in PS, are more uniform that that.

9/10 the bridge of the nose needs some attention

Wow! This is an outstanding job! The only two things I notice are the bridge of the nose needs to be fixed, and the brows need to be reworked/ cleaned up.
