Comp Cards
How helpful have comp cards been for you as a model? Would you recommend them for new models, or is there another medium that has worked better for you? Better than business cards, as you've got an immediate impression. It often happens that the collected sedcards from castings and gosees makes you remember the model for another production. A comp card with one bad photo could mean they don't even leave the their computers to come and see you in person. They just tell the secretary to let you know they are not interested. Comp cards can be good but also can hurt your chances depending on the images. Some like to just have one amazing headshot that forces the agent to come out and meet the real you and then at that point your personality and natural look could win them over. Good luck.
