Just a bunch of random snapshots. Create a separate account for the silly social media junk and have an account to show who you are as a model.

Do you want to be a model or are you just looking to to stroke your ego and get likes for being pretty?

That's actually a really nice IG account, the pictures are of good quality and there's a reasonable balance between model photos and "slice-of-life" snapshots. Your little sister is cute as a pie smile

Regarding advice on obtaining followers, I have no idea. I don't use IG and it remains an absolute mystery to me. You have over 1700 followers, which seems like a decent number, but then I see people with a dozen blurry selfies rack-up thousands of followers and I have no idea how that comes about.

Best of luck figuring it out, hopefully someone can provide better advice than I ^^

There are a lot of great instagram accounts and I think whats important is findinf a unique theme that helps make it stand out from the 500mil or so accounts out there. Mine seems to revolve around the theme of water for most. @chrisdavidphoto

They are nice pix.

Does Instagram have a critique forum or is that the function of the followers?

My follower count has been growing as of late but I also lose a lottt of followers everyday. Can you give me honest feedback on my hashtags, theme, bio, photos, etc.? I would like to improve.

Maybe have more photos that look like a photoshoot and with varying expressions.  Stop looking so miserable.  If I were to randomly land there, I'd never think it was supposed to model's IG page.

Very few models can get away with the relaxed social media feel to their IG page.  Take Josephine Skriver.  Most of her photos are taken with smartphones (they look it anyways) or are BTS, but, damn, she still draws you in.

You need to get rid of photos that are not flattering.  These are just a couple of examples:

And, some just doesn't make any sense, to me anyway:

I'm liking these types:

As far as lost followers, there are social media sheep out there that do the follow-unfollow crap in an attempt to get you to follow them.  That's why your follower count is growing, but, yet, you're losing every day.  Similar to you, they have an over-interest in obtaining followers and likes.

Clearly you have a mix of 'model' type shots sharing space with friends/family/daily life stuff. My first thought would be to have separate accounts with one devoted exclusively to modeling. Weed out your weaker modeling shots and put together a page with only your most gorgeous images.  Maybe you could put a couple of your absolute best modeling shots in your friends/family page to draw viewers to your modelling-only page. You have a great look and obviously love being in front of the camera. Keep working to improve both on your end (expression/posing) and the quality of your collaborators.

Will any of those suggestions gain you more followers? I haven't a clue as I am not on IG and don't understand the subtleties of gaining and retaining followers.

good luck
